When I Start My Car All Dashlights Blink On and Off
I have a Buick Park Avenue, 2002 that when starting car, first all dash lights start to blink or flash uncontrollable and car will not start after wiggling ignition key several times the lights come on normally and car will start. Battery good shape tried spare key same results.

First thing that comes to mind is an ignition switch problem and the second is a security system issue which could have to do with the BCM, body control module.
An ignition switch is a fairly cheap GUESS but I would pay to have the dealer diagnose anything else before more guessing. I personally have not experienced this to be 100% certain.
Certainly check all battery cable connections and grounds to see they are clean and tight
