Tip: So you bought a new car from a dealer in New Jersey and now the dealer is wanting to sell you some add ons? Just from my PERSONAL opinions on these add on sales.

Add on alarm systems, if you really need it in your area ok.
Extra paint protection - na, not for me thank you
GAP insurance - OK, if it's less than $100, it pays the difference your insurance company might deduct as depreciation if your new vehicle is totaled the first 2 years.
Roadside assistance - na no thanks, towing is pretty cheap, many auto insurance companies offer this, even my credit card company offers this
GPS systems - not really for me, I have GPS on my phone so I personally would not pay the upsell for this

Remember, the real profit for the dealer is when YOU purchase one of these add on sales after you have agreed to buy the vehicle.
