95 Dodge Neon, Air Bag Light/Check Engine Light

Since buying the car this fall, the Air Bag Light and the
Check Engine Light (orange)come on at random times, and stay
on for days. Other times, neither comes on.

When I first changed the battery neither was on for
days.

Also, the horn will work 1 day and not the next.

I don't understand this. And I know you have to be
really cautious when checking the airbag circuit.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

The check engine light, airbag light, and horn are three separate problems that must be addressed individually. The first is the most important. You can read the codes yourself without tools.
