1992 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 180,00 miles

I have a 1992 cherokee, and my odomter is advancing way too quickly. It reads about 100 miles for every 10 driven, what could be causing this? I really need help, according to my car I have driven 20,000 miles in a month.

some vehichles also read the tenth of a mile on the odometer.
I am very sure this is what you are seeing.
check your owners manual, or dealership to verify this.
