Auto repair insurance?

Is there such a thing? I guess it would act sort of like an extended warranty, something I can use to assist in covering the costs of repairs. And if so, does anyone know the details? What companies are reputable, what sort of coverage can I expect on my 02 Subi with 95000 miles on it?
