You've been off you're medication for far too long. I certainly hope for you're sake that it isn't to late. The waste of a human life for (no reason at all) can be traumatic to all involved.

I would strongly recommend you join the Marine Corps. Granted you wouldn't last more than one hour, but the corps will definitely give you a better insight into you're psychosis.
