Auto Repair Car Questions / 2003 GMC Sierra pickup -- Fan motor only works on "4" or "5

Hi All.
        This is a weird issue. My heater/AC fan only works on the "4" and "5" speed settings?
The "1" through "3" settings do not work at all. I checked all the fuses to no avail...
Anyone else out there have this problem?
