2007 Buick LaCrosse CX model has 3.8-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine to achieve 30-mpg on highway and 20-mpg in city. CXS model has 3.8-liter, V6, 240-horsepower engine to achieve 27-mpg on highway and 19-mpg in city.
