2007 Ford Fusion review

Austin-1, July 6, 2007

The 2007 Ford Fusion might be brushed aside by those still looking at older ideas in newer forms, but this sedan that was launched last year is pushing its way through the crowd. It’s a fantastic option to buy, with great handling, comfort, good looks, and a price that doesn’t hit too hard on your pocketbook. In 2007, the all wheel drive has been added as an option, as well as several other features that set it apart from the 2006 model.

With the option of either a four cylinder engine or a V6, the Fusion also offers four speed automatic or six speed automatic. There is also the option, with the four cylinder, for five speed automatic, which helps to save on the gas. With a chrome grille and headlights that stand out based on their shape, the Fusion has a unique appearance and does anything but fuse with other cars in its class. Being young as it is, it has already won a couple of awards in categories like ‘best sedan’. A sweet interior with an average dash board and easy to understand controls, this car is a marvel.

The Fusion comes in three levels, with the option for either four wheel drive or front wheel drive. All of the levels come standard with a 2.3 liter engine that has 160 horsepower. There is also the option for a 3.0 liter V6 engine with 221 horsepower in the upper levels.

The S comes in at just under eighteen thousand and is equipped with cloth upholstery, climate control, tilt-ad-telescoping steering wheel, four wheel disc brakes, and a four speaker sound system.
The SE, at just above, makes an addition of a fold-down front passenger seat, a six speaker sound system, steering wheel mounted audio controls, fog lamps, and a six-disc CD changer.
The SEL tops off the line with automatic headlights, 17 inch wheels, automatic temperature control, wood interior trim, analog clock, and a leather wrapped steering wheel.

You can also add the options of leather covered seats, a navigation system with DVD, a moonroof, heated seats, ad satellite radio.

Cheers,

Fashun Guadarrama.
