Powertrains and Performance
2007 GMC Sierra Classic 3500 Regular Cab 4WD offers standard 300hp 6.0-liter V8 engine with standard five-speed manual transmission and overdrive. Four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. Four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is available in some trims.

Interiors are spacious with increased legroom and cargo space. Controls are of cheap plastic, although do not pose any problems in operation.
