Body Styles, Trim Levels, and Options
2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is available in six trims ranging from E350 Sedan to E63 AMG Wagon. Options include navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity, satellite radio, keyless start, bi-xenon adaptive headlights, sunroof, leather upholstery, and park assist.

Powertrains and Performance
2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class offers a standard 507hp 6.2-liter V8 engine or 268hp 3.5-liter V6 engine with seven-speed automatic transmission and overdrive. Five-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional on 268hp engine.

Interior Design and Special Features
Interiors consist of airy cabins with leather seats having chrome and wood accents and trims. Control systems prove difficult to decipher and operate. Cargo space is sufficient.

Standard safety measures include antilock brakes with brake assist, stability control, full-length side curtain airbags, front and rear side airbags, and TeleAid emergency system.

Driving Impressions
2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class offers modest fuel economy. Swift acceleration and impressive torque offer easy cruising across city roads and highways. However, brakes are not very impressive.
