A/C Pro® How To Recharge

Steps for Using A/C Pro®:

  1. Preparation:
    • Start your car’s engine and let it run.
    • Set the air conditioning to the maximum cooling setting.
  2. Locate the Low-Pressure Port:
    • Find the low-pressure port in your car’s AC system. Refer to your vehicle’s manual for its exact location.
  3. Connect the A/C Pro® Kit:
    • Attach the hose and gauge from the A/C Pro® kit to the low-pressure port.
    • Ensure the connection is secure.
  4. Follow A/C Pro® Instructions:
    • Carefully read and adhere to the instructions provided with the A/C Pro® kit.
    • Shake the refrigerant can well before attaching it to the hose.
  5. Recharge the System:
    • Slowly add the refrigerant by following the instructions provided.
    • Monitor the pressure gauge readings as you add refrigerant to avoid overcharging.
  6. Monitor and Test:
    • Observe the pressure gauge and the air coming from the vents.
    • Once the recommended amount of refrigerant is added, disconnect the A/C Pro® hose.
    • Test the AC to ensure it’s cooling properly.
  7. Safety Precautions:
    • Always wear safety goggles and gloves when handling refrigerants.
    • Avoid overcharging the system, as it could cause damage.
