The heater fan in my car runs only in high speed even with the ignition shut off. I pulled the 30 amp A/C fuse under the hood to shut it off. Is there a relay and if so where is it located? The auto parts store shows 2 different relays for the heater fan.

You probably have a bad A/C blower module , which I believe is outside under the hood in the middle of the firewall on your car , or at least it is on a Cadillac which is similar.
This might be a dealer item only, you might want to visit your local dealer part department and talk to them about it, they will make a print out of the location if you buy the part from them.
I think its pretty expensive, so make sure that is the problem before you just buy it and not be able to return it.
