I was sent this video awhile back and I liked it so much I thought I would post it to YouTube and my blog for other people to enjoy. I live in Houston TX, and to my knowledge our police department does not use this kind of equipment…….why the heck not, I don’t know. This seems like a GREAT way to reduce car theft in the world, but it is probably against our civil liberties to use such helpful equipment! :)
